Megan Carle has been cooking for as long as she can remember. A vegetarian through her formative years, she has a large repertoire of vegetable and pasta dishes. Through her experiences as an exchange student she learned to love ethnic cuisines and lives by the words - there is no such thing as too spicy! Megan recently completed her master's degree in Linguistics and is currently teaching English in a small town in the Austrian Alps. Jill Carle has always loved spending time in the kitchen. She is most decidedly an omnivore with a soft spot for all-American comfort food. She has traveled extensively, acquiring a taste for many ethnic cuisines. But true to form, manages to find the comfort food in every country she visits. Jill is currently working as a Teaching Assistant at Arizona State University while she completes her PhD in Political Science.
