Ray Venezia is a recently retired second-generation butcher who directed the meat department for the 14 Fairway Markets and frequently appears on the Rachael Ray Show and Fox and Friends as the meat expert. He's the spokesperson for Master Purveyors, one of the largest meat suppliers in the country. He has done a host of down-and- irty videos for fairway markets.
